With the release of the new iPhone 16E, a variant on the iPhone 16 series, Apple has shocked everyone. This smartphone features Apple Intelligence tools and the first in-house 5G modem developed by the firm. Priced at $599, the iPhone 16E questions items like the Google Pixel 8A and Samsung Galaxy S24 FE by straddles between reasonably priced and luxury models.
Apple Wisdom and Performance:
Driven by the A18 chip, the same processor as in the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus, the iPhone 16E is of the most affordably priced iPhones Apple Intelligence has on hand. Design and Showmanship
The iPhone 16E has an aluminium shell with a matte glass rear, in line with the design language of the iPhone 14 Though it is bigger than previous SE versions with a 6.1-inch display, the gadget loses a higher refresh rate in favour of a 60Hz one. Apple has also replaced the silent switch with an Action button, which users may personalise to activate several shortcuts.
With this model, Apple has dropped the home button, therefore ushering a new era for iPhone design. Besides, it only comes in black and white, therefore restricting users’ colour options.
Camera and battery life
Though it lacks an ultrawide or telephoto lens, the iPhone 16E features sensor cropping to enable 2x zoom, armed with a 48MP primary camera. For selfies and video conferences, the front camera—which has Face ID and autofocus—is a 12MP snapper.
