Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal has made a major lifestyle change ahead of the upcoming Indian Premier League 2026, revealing that he has completely quit alcohol for over six months in a bid to improve his fitness and performance.

🏏 A Big Lifestyle Shift Before IPL 2026

Chahal’s decision to quit alcohol reflects his commitment to extending his career and performing at the highest level. He believes that this change will help him stay more active, disciplined, and focused throughout the demanding IPL season.

With IPL 2026 around the corner, all eyes will be on the veteran spinner to see if this transformation translates into match-winning performances for Punjab Kings.
