Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal has made a major lifestyle change ahead of the upcoming Indian Premier League 2026, revealing that he has completely quit alcohol for over six months in a bid to improve his fitness and performance.

Chahal, who is set to represent Punjab Kings, shared that prioritizing his health has become his top focus. The 35-year-old spinner stated that he has stopped drinking alcohol and wants to give “150 percent” for his team in the upcoming season.
